45 Steps
(50 minutes, stereo, 2005)
Taking 45 paces from the artist-run space entrance
and using this aerial map as score, I followed
the peripheral circumference in a clockwise direction.
The spaces where I was able to walk and record freely
were left as untreated field recordings.
Any obstacles in my way became abstracted sound compositions.
